Designer, researcher, businessman, psychologist? We just call you UX Designer.
Whether it’s a fresh project to take from inception to wireframes and prototypes, or whether it’s a design and usability review of an existing app, you demonstrate clear design thinking, underpinned with solid evidence. You shape relevant digital solutions.
Your work always starts from research or workshops with different stakeholders, to understand the strategic decisions, business goals and to identify the user needs. You quickly distill and translate strategy and requirements into storyboards, flowcharts, wireframes and prototypes.
You provide recommendations based on usability analytics and behaviour, while bringing a fresh design aesthetic to create visually clear and pleasant interfaces that are user-friendly. On top, you love working closely together with your squad (product owner and architect) and fellow creatives to help spark and shape interactive ideas. Together, you bring concepts to life working on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets and computers.
All the while, you liaise regularly with our product and client teams to clearly articulate and communicate your decisions. It’s a two-way street where we give and solicit feedback from each other in order to continually raise our bar for quality. Not afraid to start from scratch again, you iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. You don’t reinvent the wheel, you do always end up with the product design that provides users with the optimum experience.
In the end, you make sure everything is defined to a T, so our UI designers can convert your functional output into visual design and pleasant user experience.

November Five is a place unlike any other: we work hard to find the perfect balance between culture, individual growth and reward.
You become part of a high-performing organisation and an enthusiastic team with a mindset to win! Together, we raise the bar by continuously improving our way of working and ourselves: we challenge clients, projects and processes by first and foremost defining and following our methodology. We always retrospect our projects to formulate a plan of attack for an even superior next one.
To grow as a team, as well as individually, lifelong learning is embedded in our bi-weekly afternoons. They allow you to experiment with state-of-the-art technology, research new disciplines or take the lead in one of your improvement proposals. We’re no strangers to conferences nor talks either, whether we’re attending or hosting one in our offices.
And as a final piece of the puzzle, we ensure that our remuneration blueprint can be tailored to your personal needs and efforts. We all enjoy flexible office hours and an equally flexible income plan. There are some cherries on top, including a breakfast and fresh daily lunch, made by our own chef, and an office space you’ll be happy to call home.
