You are a Jack or Jill of all trades, expertly juggling a variety of responsibilities around our office.

Your primary responsibility is to welcome and take care of all of November Five’s guests and regulars. You make all of our visitors feel welcome and get where (and with whom) they need to be. To make the best first impression, you ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Furthermore, you take care of us by providing administrative support across the organization. You make sure our office remains properly stocked with stationery supplies, food and drinks, and you’re there to answer people’s questions when they arise. When a request comes in or a malfunction arises, you’re our go-to person to resolve it swiftly.

All the while, you oversee incoming and outgoing mail, e-mails and phone calls. You also get a regular dose of fresh air and sunshine when running some errands (although we can’t truly promise we won’t send you out in the rain sometimes…).

We also make sure you get room to be creative! In collaboration with you colleague Office Assistant, you can tinker with the decoration and (to a lesser degree) floorplan of our office space, adapting it to be more fun, tasteful and functional.

It is a whole list of responsibilities, shared with your colleague Office Assistant. You will relieve her after the morning and take on your responsibilities between 12pm and 8pm.

For those 8 hours, it all boils down to you: a competent and organized professional with phenomenal communication skills, who always ensures that office operations run smoothly and who adds maximum value to all November Fivers!
